Scott N Son Exterior Home & Commercial Cleaning Experts – Service Policy

1. Services Offered

We provide the following exterior cleaning services for residential homes:

Window cleaning

Eaves trough cleaning

Yard maintenance

Snow removal

Pressure Washing

2. Pricing

Each service is quoted after a thorough assessment of the property. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days.Services offered and pricing breakdown is based on standard size home, service packages and membership in our Service Breakdown and Snow removal document agreements. For snow removal services, these fees are fixed and apply in contract regardless of whether it snows or not during the contract months.

3. Customer Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment.Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

4. Weather Cancellation and Re-booking

In the event of inclement weather (heavy rain, snow, extreme cold, etc.) that prevents us from safely performing the scheduled service, Scott N Son reserves the right to cancel or postpone the service. Customers will be contacted to reschedule the appointment at the earliest possible time, without any additional charges.

5. Snow Removal Contracts

Snow removal services are specified in the contract agreement document.

6. Terms and Conditions for Non-Payment

Payment for all services is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise specified in a contract. Failure to make payment within 30 days of the invoice date will result in a late fee of 5% of the total amount due. If payment is not received within 60 days, legal action may be taken, and any collection fees will be passed on to the customer.

7. Non-Liability for Existing Property Damage

Scott N Son Exterior Home & Commercial Cleaning Experts is not responsible for any existing damage to your property, including but not limited to windows, eavestroughs, doors, roofing, and exterior surfaces. We will document any pre-existing damage before beginning any service. If further damage is discovered during the service, we will notify the customer immediately.

8. Disclaimers

By agreeing to a service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

We strive to perform all services safely and to the highest standards, but certain uncontrollable circumstances (weather conditions, property conditions, etc.) may impact service times and performance.
